Site media :

The images and visuals you see on this site are our own. For the most part, they represent our designs and machines. Some photos of our machines have been taken in the field by our customers (RATP etc…). We are authorized to use and distribute these photos of machines in their environment (with our customers’ trains, buses, etc.).

However, some generic illustrations on the site do not belong to us. But the images/photos concerned are royalty-free images (from sites such as pixabay.com or unsplash.com) and do not need to cite the author. We use them legally without infringing any copyright.

Site statistics and audience measurement :

To measure and analyze our site’s audience statistics, we use the WP Statistics tool. This collects and records statistics on visitors to the site. However, the data is collected anonymously and the tool complies with RGPD standards in terms of user data processing.

The data collected on our visitors can be:

– Where they come from (redirects and referring sites, social networks, etc.)
– Platform used (computer, tablet, smartphone)

Contact form :

We have provided a contact form on the site. However, we do not collect any data linked to this function. The mandatory fields are your first and last names and your email address (required to reply to you). The other fields (such as the name of the company or your telephone number) are optional and may be used to complete your request if necessary.

We do not store contact form submissions. Your request is sent to us by email and your details are not retained. Your contact details are only used to respond to your request and we will not use any of your data for commercial purposes.
